Powder Perfect Christmas Collection 2017

Hi polished pals!

There's a sparkle in the air today, with Christmas already around the corner so begins the season of Christmas polish collections. I'll be putting up the tree this weekend and I'm already thinking about taking inspiration from this Christmas trio from Powder Perfect, which were originally inspired by a set of sparkly jewel toned baubles! Seems perfect yes? Let's take a peek and get inspired!

All three of these shades had the same gorgeous formula, so I'll tell you all about it now to avoid repeating myself. All three are richly pigmented jellies loaded with micro glitters, perfectly opaque in two coats. Application was remarkably easy with all three, glitters don't drag or cause balding and they spread evenly across the nail.  I recommend a good thick top coat for a smooth finish.

Berry & Bright

Divine deep berry with red, gold and silver ultra holo micro glitter. It's the exact perfect shade of raspberry and a gorgeous alternative to a more traditional red for Christmas. Even with two coats there's a beautiful depth and the holo glitters are not shy, you'll be noticing sparkle all day long!

Good Tidings

Gorgeous jade green jelly filled with silver and gold holo micro glitter. Such a stunning colour! I know I'm heavily biased toward anything green, but this shade is just the perfect balance of brightness and cool haziness and I adore it. Another nice variation on a traditional Christmas colour!

Night Divine

Regal purple jelly full of ultra holo micro glitters. The colour is somewhere between plum and eggplant - deep and rich but with a hint of smokiness. Hard to go wrong with a sparkly purple, and the holo glitters really work overtime in all of these shades - it's near impossible to miss the flashes of light bouncing off your nails.

The Christmas Collection is available from Powder Perfect now, along with new Christmas and Celebration stamping plates! I'll have some nail art and a review of the new stamping plates later on this week too, so make sure you're following me so you don't miss anything!
