Today is one for the stamping addicts with my first impressions of the new black and white stamping polish from Powder Perfect. These have been released along with 3 other shades (gold, silver and orange) - all 5 free!
Let's check them out!
I've been using the black in a lot of stamping recently, including some TARDIS blue nail art and this weird/cute stamping but I'm equally impressed with the white. Keep scrolling for some nail art and my thoughts at the end!

The consistency of a stamping polish is usually a little thicker than regular polish, but I found the black here to be almost the same consistency as a regular creme. It was easy to scrape across the plate and didn't require brushing over the entire image - just a blob at the top and scrape over. The white was a little thicker than the black and just as easy to use.
Having tried both over a range of colours and polish types and found both the black and white are beautifully opaque over any base - the ultimate test for a white is how well it stamps over black and this one passed with flying colours!
For all my stamping I have been using a cheap clear stamper from eBay - it can be difficult picking up images with large areas of polish but I didn't have many issues using the Powder Perfect stamping polish. You can see in the black stamping there were a few small bubbles on my ring finger, and with the white there are some small inconsistencies on my middle finger but it wasn't a major problem. Most importantly all the finer details pick up and transfer without issue.
While I was impressed with both, I've definitely found my new holy grail white stamping polish!
Head to Powder Perfect (Aus)(International) to buy - these are available now! You can purchase individually or as a set.
