Guest Post: Adorable Autumn Nail Art by Melissa aka The Fanciful Fungirl

Hello lovelies!

I'm very excited to have another excellent Aussie blogger here today, Melissa aka The Fanciful Fungirl! Melissa always does the most unique and creative freehand nail art, I'm always in awe of her creativity. Also her ridiculously adorable mushroom watermark is one of my favourite things ever. But enough of me, let's see what Melissa has come up with!

Hi, I’m The Fanciful Fungirl, also known as Melissa, and I’m super excited to be guest posting for the Procrastinating Polishr today. I’ve been a long-time fan of Jae’s blog and I hope my post today is good enough to hold down the fort while she is on her amazing adventure. I’m just a little bit jealous of her but let’s not get into that and get right down into the blogging aspect of this post.

Autumn is my favourite season. The reason for this is because the nights are cold enough that my cat can sleep in my bed without annoying me and because autumn means mushrooms. Not sure if you could tell by my blog name, but I’m a little mushroom obsessed. Therefore, in an ode to these amazing organisms and autumn in general, I have some autumnal inspired nails for you today.

For these I put just about every autumn thing (apart from pumpkin spice lattes for all you American’s) onto my nails using acrylic paint. I got inspiration from google by looking up autumn patterns and I also used my imagination. If you’re wondering what all the little pictures are, they’re a combination of mushrooms, leaves and autumn plants and vegetables. I added the fox in because the inspiration picture I found online was adorable, although on my nails the fox looks like it’s zoned out.

I didn’t use many products in this look, although I shall provide a list for reference.

Thank you all for taking time out to check out this post, I hope you enjoyed it. I’d like to thank Jae once again for having me and that I hope you have the best time on your trip!

I love it! I'm a big fan of all things autumn too, and I think the fox is too sweet! Thank you so much for taking the time to do these gorgeous nails for me, I'm thrilled!
